- The restaurant's signature offering is its carefully selected offal, finished with a signature miso sauce perfected over the years. Even guests who are unfamiliar with offal will find these dishes approachable and enjoyable.
- On a first visit, the staff will monitor the grilling process to ensure each cut is served at its optimal state and will guide guests through the best way to grill it.
- In addition to offal, the restaurant also offers premium meats such as skirt steak, chuck flap, and Chateaubriand, creating a luxurious dining experience to enjoy alongside drinks.

On Saturdays and Sundays, we can open from 2:00 PM if you contact us by the day before your visit.
- Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)
- If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.
- We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
- We welcome guests who use wheelchairs. Strollers are welcome. If you are bringing a child under 10 years old, please indicate this in the special notes section.
